TREE PLANTATION

TREE PLANTATION

Since the dawn of civilization man has a close relation with nature. Man has made friendship with nature. This nature helps us in many ways. That is why the importance of a tree can not described in words. Trees are closely related with our life. They are our good friends. It has a importance in our society.

There are many levels on ground. Upper levels are the best suitable places to plant a tree. There are many roads and highway around a country. We can plant trees on the both sides of these roads and highways. Again in the open place there are many proper places which can be used for tree plantation. The sides and areas that are lying unused can be used too.

May, June, July and August are the best time for tree plantation. Tree plantation programme should be expanded to the remote corner of the country. The officers connected with this programme should take proper steps and needful measures to make it success. All should try to make it popular around their country and outside the country. All people should come forward with their best knowledge about trees.

Trees are our best friends. They are a great source of food and vitamins. There are various kinds of fruit trees. They gives us various kinds of fruits which are rich in food value and vitamins. They meet up our local demands. They also meet up our vitamin deficiency. As a result we can keep our body fit and sound by taking fruit from fruit trees. Again we can export excess fruits to another country and earn foreign money.

Trees are our constant companies in our day to day life. We use them for various purposes. We can not think of our homes, houses, residence etc without trees. We use trees to make furniture, doors, and windows for our domestic use. Again valuable furniture is made from these trees. We sell some pieces of valuable furniture to foreign countries. Thus trees add beauty to our dwelling places.

Without trees the climate can not stay stable. If we destroy trees at random, one day the country will turn into a great desert. Trees keep the soil strong. In order to make a good society tree plays an important role.

It is very important for us to speak about trees. Some evil people are trying to destroy trees for their own profit. If we people stay behind then one day we will suffer to death. We should start tree plantation from right moment. Trees are part and parcel in our life. We should not use and destroy trees at random. Rather we should plant trees more and for a better happier and healthier life.

SELF-RELIANCE

SELF-RELIANCE

Self-reliance means self-dependence. It inspires us to stand on our own legs and do our best to make our way in life. We should not depend on others. We should try to complete our work with taking help of another. We should try ourselves to do everything. Self-reliance is something which brings out all your talents. It whets our power and creates confidence in our ability. It shows us a path to lead to success. All the great of the world have relied on their own abilities. This habit should be formed in childhood. Children should not be helped too much. Because when a child is helpless, eventually he will try his best to complete his work. And then one day he will be successful in his work. If a man does not try to do anything of his own and depends on others, he is a burden not only to himself but also to his family and society. He is disliked by all. He always falls behind and ultimately suffers in life. So all of us should form the habit of self-reliance because we know that GOD helps him who helps himself.

WATER POLLUTION

Water is an important element of the human environment. Water is essential for human being, plant life and other each and every animal. We need clean water in order to use. Clean water is safe for use and polluted water is harmful for man. Water can be polluted in many ways. Farmers use chemical fertilizers and insecticides in their fields to grow more food. The rain and floods wash away some of the chemicals. They get mixed with river water, canal water and pond water. Mills and factories pollute water by throwing the waste materials and unsold products into the rivers and canals steamers, motor launches and even sail boats can pollute water by throwing oil, food waste and human waste into the rivers and canals.

Students can enjoy this night with their friend circles. In one word we can say that a moonlit night is pleasant and fine moment to enjoy.

FORCE AND ENERGY

FORCE AND ENERGY

WORK AND ENERGY

Ø WORK:

Work is done whenever a force makes something move towards its direction. The greater the force and the greater the distance moved, the more work is done.

The SI unit of work is (J) joule.

-Worked Equation-

WORK DONE = FORCE * DISTANCE MOVED IN THE DIRECTION OF FORCE.

· DEFINATION OF UNIT JOULE:

1 Joule of work is done when a force of 1N moves an object 1m in the direction of the force.

Ø ENERGY:

Things have energy they can be used to do work; like work, energy can be measured in joules.

The law of conservation of energy to gather with the idea of energy existing in different forms make an area of physics that is the most powerful and the most misunderstood of all. Essentially the concept of energy helps us to understand and explain the way the universe behaves-just like any other law of theory of physics.

Ø FORMS OF ENERGY:

When describing different forms of energy, the following names are sometimes used –

§ Kinetic Energy- This is energy due to motion. All moving objects have kinetic energy.

§ Potential Energy- This is energy which an object has because of its position, shape or state. There are several different types of potential energy. Here are some terms used to describe them:

Gravitational Potential Energy- A stone held up in the air can do work when dropped because gravity will pull it down words. The stone has gravitational potential energy.

Elastic potential energy- A stretched rubber band can do work when released, so can a compressed spring. Both have elastic potential energy.

Chemical potential Energy- When a fuel burns, its energy is released by chemical reactions. The energy stored in the fuel is called chemical potential energy or chemical energy for short. Batteries also store it. So do foods. Without it, your muscle could not move.

Electrical Potential Energy- In circuits, the current is a flow of tiny charged particles called electrons. These come from atoms. Electrons can transfer energy from, for example, a battery to a light bulb. They have electrical potential energy, or electrical energy for short.

Nuclear Potential Energy- an atom has a nuclear at its centre. This is made up of particles, held there by strong forces. In some atoms, the particles become rearranged, or the nucleus splits and energy is released. This is called nuclear potential energy or nuclear for short.

The following terms are sometimes used when describing energy which is being transferred from one place to another or form object to another:

Thermal Energy- When hot objects cool down, their atoms and molecules slowdown and lose energy. This is known as thermal energy. Engines use thermal energy to do work. For example in a car engine, burning fuel produces hot gases which expand push on pistons and make them move. The motion is used to turn the wheel of a car.

Radiated Energy- The sun radiates lights. Loudspeakers radiate sound. Light and sound both travel in the form of waves. These carry energy.

She is always busy with her nursing work. She looks after her patients, pushes them injection when necessary. A doctor only prescribes medicines but it is a nurse who helps the patients in taking medicines. A nurse is very vigilant. She gives her best to help her patients. The importance of a nurse can not be described in one word.
