Morning Walk
Morning walk means walking in the morning. Morning walk is very pleasant. It is also good for and sound mind. Walking in the morning is good habit. It is the best kind of exercise for all classes of people. In the morning the air is very fresh and cool. Anyone can feel the fresh air if he is walking in the morning. At that time the air is free from pollution. So man who goes out for a morning walk inhales this pure air. This air bears a good effect both on his mind and body. The air in the morning makes a person healthy and refreshes the person mind. In the nature is calm and quite. So a morning walk gives a man opportunity to enjoy much benefit which cannot be valued in terms of money. It gives a good start of our day’s work. So we all should make a habit of taking morning walk.
